Article 1 – Definitions

In these terms and conditions the following terms shall have the following meanings:
1. GenAge: the company that sells nutritional supplements under the trade name GenAge , established in Arnhem, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 96592796.
2. Customer: any natural person or legal entity that enters into an agreement with GenAge and purchases products.
3. Agreement: any agreement between GenAge and the customer regarding the purchase and delivery of products.
4. Products: the nutritional supplements offered by GenAge.
5. Webshop: the GenAge online store accessible via www.gen-age.nl.

Article 2 – Applicability

1. These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from GenAge and to every distance contract concluded between GenAge and the customer.

2. When placing an order, the customer declares that he or she has read and agrees to these terms and conditions.

Article 3 – Offer and
agreement

1. The offer contains a clear description of the products.

2. An agreement is concluded when the customer places an order via the webshop and GenAge confirms this order by e-mail.

3. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind GenAge.

Article 4 – Prices and
payment

1. All prices are stated in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.

2. Payment must be made via the payment methods offered in the webshop (including iDEAL, credit card).

3. The order will only be shipped after full payment has been made by the customer.

Article 5 – Delivery

1. GenAge aims to deliver orders within [2-5 business days] of receipt of payment.

2. Delivery takes place exclusively within the Netherlands.

3. If delivery is delayed, the customer will be notified.

Article 6 –
Right of withdrawal

1. The customer has the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

2. The right of withdrawal only applies if the packaging of the product is unopened and undamaged . Opened or
Used supplements cannot be returned for hygienic and safety reasons.

3. If the customer exercises the right of withdrawal, the costs of return shipment are borne by the customer.

Article 7 – Warranty and conformity

1. GenAge guarantees that the products comply with the agreement, the specifications stated in the offer and the reasonable requirements of soundness.

2. GenAge products are dietary supplements and not medicines . They are intended as
supplement to a healthy lifestyle and do not replace a varied diet or
medical advice.

Article 8 –
Liability

1. GenAge is not liable for damage caused by incorrect use of the products or by use contrary to the advice on the packaging or the website.

2. GenAge makes no guarantees regarding specific health outcomes.

3. To the extent permitted by law, any liability of GenAge is limited to the amount of the order.

Article 9 – Force Majeure

GenAge is not obliged to fulfil any obligation if this is reasonably impossible due to circumstances beyond its control (e.g. natural disasters, pandemics, transport disruptions).

Article 10 – Intellectual
property

All rights to the GenAge brand name, logos, texts, photos and other materials belong to GenAge and may not be used or copied without permission.

Article 11 – Complaints

1. Complaints regarding the performance of the agreement must be submitted to GenAge within a reasonable time, fully and clearly described, via info@gen-age.nl.

2. GenAge aims to respond to complaints within 14 days.

Article 12 – Applicability
right

1. These terms and conditions and any agreement between GenAge and the customer are exclusively governed by Dutch law.

2. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where GenAge is established.
