30-Day Return Policy

• We offer a 30-day return policy for all products on our site. This period begins once your package has been delivered to you.
• In the unlikely event that you received the wrong product, an item is missing, or a product arrived damaged, please email us at info@gen-age.nl !
  

Returns Policy and Standards

• We happily accept returns for both refunds and exchanges!
• If your exchange cannot be completed due to out of stock, a refund will be issued.
• By adding return items to your return, you confirm that you (1) have received the selected return items and (2) intend to return the selected items.
  

Products must:

• Are unopened and unused
• In original packaging
• Not be damaged
• Showing no signs of use

Products that do not meet these conditions will be rejected.

• Any returns delivered after 30 days from your order's delivery date may be refused. Please contact our support team if your return is unexpectedly delayed. If your return is refused, we will notify you by email. Your order will then be reshipped within 4-7 business days.
  
  
• For promotions that require a minimum quantity for the discount, the discount will be recalculated if the number of items retained falls below the required quantity after the return.
